I'm Inspired
Have you ever woke up in the morning with your head so full of ideas you could hardly contain them? That's what happened to me this morning. Being of a certain age I know if I don't get these ideas down on paper I'll forget them before the first cup of coffee has been drunk. Thankfully I keep a notebook next to the bed so I could grab it and start writing and drawing my ideas. Now that I have them on paper I need to get them into clay.
I don't want to discuss what the ideas are just yet, suffice to say they have something to do with this work and some beer mugs I'm making.

ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I'll bet you do, and it shows in your work. I hope you get the basket thing figured out.
DeleteFor all the uses and configurations of computers we have these days, nothing beats a notebook for getting ideas down quickly.
ReplyDeleteThat always happens to me when I'm swamped with a million other things I have to get done and have no time to explore my brilliant new ideas. Hope you have time to immerse yourself in your new ideas. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, Isn't that always the way? I should be able to work on these ideas after I get some pieces for an upcoming show and a couple of commissions completed.
DeleteI love the passion of new ideas that make you so excited to get in to the studio you can't wait! :) Look forward to seeing them when you are ready to share.
