I don't often get shitake, will have to try them again soon. any kind of noodles are great, I have been getting the rice noodles and keeping them on hand for a quick meal. We ...Thank you for sharing your Sunday drive story. We did that when I was a kid too, except my parents weren't quite as adventurous as yours! I was on of four kids, and we rarely ate out... maybe twice a year, and it was a huge treat.
